How do i know what my incoming and outgoing bandwidth should be and whether i should limit them or not. Also, what effects does the bandwidth have on your download speed??

You should limit your upload bandwith to about 2-3 under your max upload bandwith, cause for every package u download there'll be send a confirmation package in return (and that takes upload bandwith). So if your max upload bandwith is 15kBps, limit it to ~13kBps.

It works fine for me.
