i need a good avi editor so i can cut this one avi that i have. i have tried virtualdub and avichop. virtual dub doesnt workcuz of some sound problem and the virtual dub guy wont answer my emails. anyway avichop doesnt work either cuz i cuts it without sound. does anyone know another one or how to fix the other 2

virtual dub is one of the best editors aroudn, you might wanna read some of the walkthru's at doom9.org or vcdhelp.com and see if they can help you out. You could also try Adobe Premier to edit videos.

HAHAHAHA krell, thanx man, ok do u think we can trade on winmx or can u tell me how u cut the credits without the sound and video being out of sync. but thanx man

AviEdit by Alexander Mikulov is a very good program too. 30-day free trial, then only $25 to register.

Just thought I would let you know that I enjoy your posts, they are over my head but at my age 49 and just getting my first comp
a little over a year ago and after enjoying the 60s and 70s I am a little slow but trying. The main thing I have learnd on here is share.All the best.
