Help websites being blocked!!!

Hi

Ive recently aquired a new copy of windows xp professional, it was preset with arab settings and seems to be blocking many sites such as www.asus.com , www.hauppauge.com and a bunch of other ones. I tried both firefox and internet explorer they are blocked on both browsers can anyone help me out? Thanks

You could try overwriting the host file, url for instaler is here
http://everythingisnt.com/NoAdHOSTS.exe
That will also block adds, and if that dheres the site for anyone else or you if you want more info,
http://www.everythingisnt.com/hosts.html

I figured it out thanks anyway I don't know if it was a combination of things or one but i got it. I think it was the ip adress was set wrong.
