Can't connect to Kazaa Lite???

I hadn't used Kazaa Lite in a few months, so I'm not sure exactly when this started, but now it doesn't let me connect. It says "Connecting..." on the bottom of the screen, but nothing happens. Is my version too old? I'm using 2.4.2. I don't know if it's the program or my computer, since I just tried downloading Shareaza and that doesn't connect either. Anyone have any ideas of what's wrong?

Do you use a firewall? Are you on a college network? You should be more specific.

Have you ran Ad Aware or any other spyware remover? Although K-lite has no spyware, Ad Aware will remove some dummy files needed for it to function.

kazaa sucks, so does kazaa lite. Go to LimeWire...It's the best one right now

old versions don't connect...i did try one of old versions 1.7.2 and it did not connect...haha peas of crap!

Use Ares, it's better network.

I'm running it on my home PC and I'm not behind any firewalls. I run AdAware often, but it never seemed to be a problem before. Is the version too old to connect? I can't seem to find any place to download the newer version (the link on the ZP Kazaa page doesn't work).
