Wow - nice paper dude! It's obvious you spent a lot of time putting this together and it's nice and thorough. Couple spell typos you might want to fix before you turn it in, but congrats especially if you're graduating this term!

I read your paper. A nice work.

Usenet is centralized and Decentralized. Since one person uploads source material the first time to get it on the usenet network, it is decentralized because anyone who downloaded the material can upload parts or all of the material back onto the network for additional distribution.

There is a standard for the transfer of movies over the internet DIVX.

P2P networks are legal. You fail to mention in detail the legal impact of P2P networks.

P2P networks that distribute information produced by people for other people will distroy proprietary media\DRM formats and/or business models.

nice read, proof read it before handing it in though if you havent already.

some words are either misspelled or are out of context. good format though.
