How do i use SoulSeek and how to set it up??

Hi everyone,

How do i use SoulSeek and how to set it up?? I downloaded it and installed it. The only thing i did was choose a user name and password. Do i need to set any options and settings?? How do i use it to download?? Is it a pretty good p2p but not the best out there?? Thanx for any help and replies with this..
