best place for music videos

just wondering generally what filesharing app/method is the best for music?
quality would preferably be svcd but as long as it's not some crappy kazaa rip i'm not too bothered.

I would recommend the following. Get yourself an IRC client like Excursion or Invision. Connect to Efnet. Join one of these channels #nothingvideos, #videopimp, #ucv. They have a GREAT collection of music videos. Unless your looking for rap or country videos they'll have what your looking for. And they have some good quality files too. DVD rips, you can't beat that! There are other channels on IRC that are devoted to rap videos as well, I'm just not that into rap, so I dunno of any. You can always try to dig something up if that's what your after.

if you're into news groups, you could try a.b.mpeg.video.music or one of the other subcatagories there....i found the selection though to be somewhat limited....

Anyone else have any other suggestions other than those irc channels or ng's ?
