Try sat hacking

Once you've tasted Dishnet, you'll never go back to cable. About Cable hacking, just watch the simpson where Homer get's up a thelephone pole and hooked himself to cable. If you don't have a cable box near where you can hook up the cable then it's up the telephone pole!

email me for a website based on stealing free cable :)

How do you steal something "free?"

Your intellect far exceeds the capacity of this site. It would be in your best interest to leave.

No really. I insist.

I see nothing wrong with discussing how to steal cable or satellite signals considering the name of this site is Zeropaid. Rather than emailing info though post it openly so everyone can benefit from it. I used to hack DirecTV but they started making it more difficult and time consuming to do so and I stopped. But if there are cost effective ways in which to do either a satellite or cable hack I for one would be interested.

Are you attempting to be a smart ass and implying you got actual RG-59 or RG-6 for free or do you actualyl get Cable TV for free? I hope the second and if so how?

SanDiegoKid

Well if he got RG-59 it was a rip off, even for free. No one uses that shit anymore.

I used to be the shady cable guy who would hook people up for $50.00.

If you have specific questions about the free trial of cable service you seek, I can help.
"How do I steal cable?" will get you a blank stare.

Here's what I know. I guess you could consider me a hobbyist.

"Free-to-Air": Free! You'll need a nice clear view of most of the sky to get all the good stuff, and you'll want a DiSEqC compatible multiswitch and a powered motor so you can rotate and tilt the dish using the box. The boxes vary in price, and pick up unencrypted DVB-S stations. Some may also pick up DVB-T, but that isnt used in North America.

Pros: Free, you can get alot of cool unencrypted stuff. It's also 100% legal satellite TV. Nice selction of foreign stations too.

Cons: Not alot of good content AFAIK. Check out www.lyngsat.com for information on what satellites are overhead. Check out this list (http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Channels/Channels-FTA-free-to-air-Satellite-TV.htm) of free to air stations.

DirecTV: Currently unhacked. They switched from the HU cards to the P4 or D5(some call the D5 the P5). H and HU cards were cracked a long time ago, but DirecTV has since changed the signal so they dont recieve any video (the feed is physically not able to be decrypted by the old cards).

You can still use HU cards to get free satellite radio (music choice), but no picture for any of the streams, if you can find the patches floating around still. Don't waste your time on DirecTV.

Dish Network: Uses Nagravision for encryption, currently hackable either via a set-top box with a card and loader, or a DVB-S tuner card for your PC (Best: Twinhan VP1020 is like $60-70 and the Hauppauge Nexus-S is typicall like $160-180. The difference, the Nexus has hardware accelerated MPEG so it can be used on slower machines (333mhz-1ghz).)

HDTV? Nagravision 2. Unhacked since the 80's, so good luck. Same for all the dish network porn channels, all Nagra2.

Free analog cable: Ha, good luck. Maybe if you slip the installer some cash, but even then, who knows. Plus its easier to get caught because you actually are physically connected to the pole, and when you get found out they might try and prorate you for back owed services.

If you have cable and want to watch scrambled porn on what channels are still left on analog, there are a variety of boxes that will work. If the audio on the channels is a solid "beeeeeep" then you'll also need an audio card too. Prices vary depending on what shady site you visit. The "Ranger 5000 boxes" were pretty good, but have been replaced IIRC with the new "Ranger 9000 Platinum" which is probably pretty good also.

Free digital cable: If you have digital cable, too bad. They either use CableCrypt or the DVB-C standard, both of which have no hacks as far as I know.

Satellite Radio: If anyone knows about this, please let me know. I think there is a way you can solder a TSOP to a XM radio to clone a valid sub, but thats the only hack I've ever seen.

beat up the cable guy then threaten him. blackmail him and such... he'll be glad to hook you up.

Or just make good friends with him and get a discount rate like we did (it was gonna be 250 a month for 14 motel rooms, he drilled it down to under 100)

Used to hack DirecTV, got way too annoying, I just pay for basic now.

If you're going to steal cable my advice is to do it through a sattelite provider, you will be much happier.

yeah it is ZEROpaid so it's ok to talk about PAYING "ZERO" for certain things...

I haven't seen a hacked DirecTv reveiver since I started working there. Many have asked about it though. All the equipment is easy to come by though. 1000ft of RG-6 anyone?
