Unsueable Davey Brown

Hi:
New here. Pleased to meet y'all.
I wanted to use my first post to ask for help concerning something that's been confusing me.
OK. I'm Davey Brown. and I am a filesharer.
So can I hang around in the tough part of town now. and tell people I'm a criminal?
OK, if I was French I could do it, because that French grandpappy got jail time for downloading a movie for his grandkids, right?
I couldn't smoke cigarettes and act tough in Canada, because they have no law to lock my sorry ass away for filesharing.
What's the story in Italy? I heard something like the new Prime Minister owns all the media content in Italy, so he's hoping to bring in a new law offering up to 6 years imprisonment for filesharing. Is that true?
So in Italy, I can definitely refer to myself as a hard-ass criminal right? Will I get automatic Cosa Nostra membership with that?
Now in America I'm screwed. We don't get jailtime just for sharing files, right? The most I can hope for is to get sued. That kind of sucks. So I'd just be like any other American who gets sued, because little Betsy got her ass bit by my daschund. Where's the special in that?
But hey, if that's true, why is Britney Spears calling me a thief? I don't feel like I've earned the right.
Here' s something though. Do you think us filesharers will ever get to go on Judge Judy?
