A Little Help

Someone asked me for help and I don't feel as if I could explain it in depth quite well enough. The person asked for about a 300 word answer to their question so here it is and if anyone can help it is appreciated,

Follow up on events at Kazaa subsequent to June 2003. Is Kazaa still in
buisness? If so how is this possible? What is the outcome of the legal action against Kazaa?

sounds like a writing assignment to me.

kazaa is still in business. the court ruled that they were not responsible because of the lack of central servers. outcome of legal action...well, see previous sentence.

that's not 300 words, but i'm not writing the essay :)
