I'd also try adaware and spybot S&D. Run both of them. You can have spybot lock your homepage for you also, but just remember it's like that, otherwise you'll get frustrated trying to change it. :)

btw, what is the homepage changing to?

It's Spyware/Adware.

Download SpyBot Search & Destroy, and Adaware. Install both, download updates for them, and run them.

It will remove the spyware.

Download the special spyware removal utility from www.xupiter.com.

Just kidding D:

I have even found that Bazooka Adware and Spyware scanner finds things that neither Spybot or
Ad-Aware find either, although it is not a "removal utility" it does give you instructions on how to remove the problems it finds. (http://download.com.com/3000-8022-10247783.html?tag=lst-0-1)

Good luck on your quest to defeat the evil advertisments, may you strike quickly with great force and free us all from these bastards!

spybot and spyware blaster (both free programs) and spy sweeper (shareware) will all allow you to lock your home page and prevent ant attempts to change it.
