ares problem

Hey guys

I am getting a problem with ares. Till a few days ago, I was getting great downloads. Now the computer has been on for 2 days and it still says connecting. The other issue is under users. It flashes from one user to 2 user like every 5 seconds and then it crashes. Was wondering if any one had this issue and knows whats up. Thanks

do you have a old version of Ares? because the old versions had problems connecting to the network....otherwase you may need to adjust your Firewall, assuming you have one installed!

or you can uninstall Ares, and install it back and se what happens!

i have version 1.8.1. Yea I did adjust the firewall eventhough I didnt think it was necessary because it was working perfectly before. I aslo did reinstall it and still nothing. thanx for replying

Ok. do you have a 1.8.1 build 2942 ? that is the new version that has the connection bug fixed... try to install this version and se what happens.
