This question is for anyone that uses ares or knows a good amount about it.

I knowtice it has a software option, what software downloads are on ares. I tried searching for some common stuff and nothing comes up. JW thanx

I only use Ares for singles and perhaps the odd old film.

Ares isnt that great for software or games it has a lot of misnamed files. The selection is not very good

I can't get the new version to connect. Which is very frustrating. I have a firewall and all that but I set it up with the older version the same way and it worked

i use and love Ares. But I don't generally download software.

as far as I know, searching for software only brings back .exe results, to get .zip, .rar, etc, you have to search for everything.
And yes, areslite has problems connecting, and keeping an connection.

The new version of Ares is awesome...i get what i want from it, plus i use SuprNova for big files that i cant get in Ares..
