about Hotbar 3.0..need to download

I need to find Hotbar 3.0, since the new version causes no end of pop-ups and illegal ops. Very annoying...liked the old one though. Didn't have those problems.
Anyone know were one can get this to download?

hotbar does something to make it worth downloading? i thought it was a bunch of spyware with the added bonus "feature" of crashing your browser all the time
