I've never heard of one - i personally own a palm, and i've never seen on for the palm platform, either. The only one i've ever heard of designed for getting stuff for mobile devices is Triangle (http://www.zeropaid.com/news/articles/auto/03282004e.php) for java games.
But hey, if anyone out there is a skilled programmer, there are at least two people looking for mobile p2p here...
