I want to open the ports on my belkin router so i can use emule properly and get high speeds.

I have 1mb broadband so it should be going faster then it is and my id is low so i think the router is to blame.

I have tried changing it but i cannot seem to get it right.
Hopefully this is all the information:
In virtual servers menu in the router page the colums (from left to right) are these:
Lan address 192.168.2.xxx
Protocol type
Lan port
Public port
Enable

I have read that these need changing to open the emule ports, i just dunno how!

my ip addrress is 192.168.x.x then after the last number there is no other numbers.

You may guess but i aint all that good with computers so any help needs to be dumb down a bit cheers!!!

Why not try their website for help? Most routers require a default login name and password, that's if you haven't changed it. Go to port forwarding and forward the necessary ports for emule.
