shareaza help plz?

i just downloaded shareaza and i have a question and some help needed when i connect tot he program i only connect to 10 neighbours and have a max of 300 users does any1 know how i can change this to connect to more users?
when i am connected tot he 10 neighbours it only has 2 of those with users on it

Tools/Options/Network;
Leave all ultrapeer boxes on the left unchecked, ( unless your system is good enogh to be a peer, not recommended if you plan on sharing a lot ), Connections, select 5 peers.
Sit back and wait, normally 30 minutes should do, then search and enjoy. The figures at the bottom of the screen are not very reliable, Mike is working on a different method of calculating horizons I believe.
