I chose the MJ option, just because......
I can't say whether I trust an entity completely or not. I don't even have a third of the information I should have, in order to form an opinion.
I suppose, that, in and of itself would make one lean towards the "I don't trust you" catagorey, but I can't be certain.
I do know one thing, politicians can be bought with dinero, all of them.
Anything is possible.

This is good. We were never meant to trust the government. Lack of trust is the reason that our government was origianlly designed with checks and balances. The founding fathers of this country intended that we do not have any more faith in it than is absolutely necessary. We are doing our patriotic duty in questioning every action that our governent performs, and I am thankful everyday that we have the right to do so.

The government in general? It's hard to say when you're not given all the facts.

I trust goverment over money grabbing companies like the RIAA or Ticket Master, but if I was an Americian it wouldn't be by much. I just hate $money$ or anything that would give a small amount of people power over everyone else.

If I were to amass enough financial power to make a few necessary purchases, I may then trust that, those few governing entities are, in fact, employees, paid to support my interests. In the meantime, I often make the forced mandatory donation, otherwise known as "tax", in exchange for some services I neither requested nor desire. In this process, I trust that the governing entities will always be willing to accept any consolidated compensation for time, toil, and effort, as long as that compensation has value against goods and services. In short, I trust that those entities that govern, are a subclass and have the attributes of natural living entities, and will thus act through instincts of self-preservation by providing for their own self-interests first.

Love watching Parloment on BBC America. If someone disagrees with another statements they let him now my booing or yelling and just coming up short of a fight. Here they use a phony tone of voice with tiles of the honorable congressman/woman when talking about someone. Hell lets see a few first fights break out on Capital Hill by CSPAN. Be a hell of a lot more interesting then the phony image they try and project now.
As for facts in government Potato, right now they do not seem to have any place for facts in government, at least any truthful facts that is. The popular phrase on Capital Hill seems to be "Lets don't cloud the issue with facts",

You can never trust a politician. They're twisters of information who would all sell their soul (or vote) to the higest bidder.

It's kind of scary that a government without any facts can be one of the largest publishers of information in the world.

It's impossible to trust Government.
When the USA's vice president's former Company, he once headed, is the leading profit maker in the re-building if Iraq it just doesn't look to good, especially when there were apparently no open bids when they began.
This is open information that does not seem to phase the public or make a difference in our knowing. It's a fairly scary government we got right now.
I would venture to say that the majority of the worlds governments are either corrupt or easily corruptable.
The open sharing of information should make a differance (meaning internet etc.) but there is a lag when new abilities appear and our reality.

I will have to say that I somewhat trust the govt. but it all depends on what issues we are discussing regarding trust in the govt. for example I wouldnt trust the anything the govt has to say about anything regarding WMD's in any other country past the iraq incident in witch thousands upon thousands of civilians are dying on a daily basis for what reason well I think most of us don't know because since the begining of it all no WMD's were found in iraq but bush did as he and his cabinet pleased falified evidence to enter iraq in the first place it's ludacris!, well I could go along with that subject line for a couple pages at least :;) . Now I would trust the govt if like they were saying they were going to send me money I would believe they would lol.

I can't trust the government.. They are politicians who go to office to get money from big business and registerd voters who dont know any better.. THey lied to my mom when she was dieing, trying to tell her they will change the welfare, food stamps, laws and policies.. and they only came around during election time, they didnt do anything when a few were elected or changed anything but the name on their office door. They get lobbied by big companies, and given gifts and money.. and CONGRESS wont pass any laws forbiding it or anything to stop it, cause they want the gifts and money!! I cant blame them, but we should over throw the government..THEIRS more of us then them, make a new system, a new government and give it to the people. IF you dont do your job right on any job you have, you get fired that very same day. Same should apply, cigarettes are legal to sale, and pot isnt, you can buy alcohol at 21, and fight, die for your country at 18.. You can pay taxes from the ripe old age of 14 when you start working, but you cant vote for few years later.. you can burn the flag, but you cant say God in the pledge of allegiance since people want to take it out.. You can have people say God bless america on tv all day long.. You can commit murder, and only if you have money you can make bail and wait to the court hearing and plea bargain your way out of any jail time.. You can get more time if you ROB Somebody then rape or murder.
Poloticians never have to work hard one day in their lifes.. All they do is have meetings and luncheons.. They get company cars, use cell phones and the tax payers pay for their minutes and long distance calls. They continue to spend our money in VERY VERY stupid ways.. I could fix America so fast, it make everyones head spin..
Ill make it a law that each movie studio would have to make one film, where after they make money that the spent on the budget, any more would go to pay the taxes and all artist would have to do benifit concerts once a year to go to aids, cancer research, and helping the homeless and people in poverty.. ALL athletes would have salary cap.=) the rest of the money they bring in would go to the states and schools as well as police, and college tuitions!! PEOPLE higher off would have to actually lift a hand and help the ones who need it!
