I am trying to play some of the songs i have downloaded and they are encoded in WMA format..I am wondering how i am gonna play them coz they give me an error when i try to play them....Is there anyhow i can change the format?...Someone please help me..I appreciate

Well, if you're getting an error, you probably aren't going to have too much luck converting them.

First, I'd check to see if they have some sort of protection, etc. - get the newest version of Windows Media 9 from www.windowsmedia.com.

If they play under there, the easier way I've found for converting WMAs is just to burn them and rip them (at least for DRM files). Otherwise, there are utilities to convert them - however, I have no idea what they are. Try searching download.com.

If they don't play under Windows Media 9, and they aren't protected with DRM, the files might just be corrupted - if that's the case, try downloading the files again.
