What are some films that you seen or heard of that was a low budget film or movie.
Can anyone think of films or movies that were Box Office Hits within the past decade.
I can't think of any at the moment.

Greek Wedding was a low budget film. It cost the producers only 5 million dollars to make it and it wound up 300 million in the box office

umm "Blair witch project" though it sucked it made millions and was tops at the box office despite being a very low budget film. Mostly due to intense online marketing.

Being John Malkovich, Pulp Fiction, Home Alone, Trainspotting (most British films don't have a big budget), Fargo, American History X(?), Reservoir Dogs ($1.2m), La Vita e Bella....... and many more.

This does however depend on the definition of low-budget. I think most of these films were under $10m
