Don't know how to contribute

I've followed the instructions for uploading torrents and sharing files but I stil cannot get it to seed. I've come as far as creating the otrrent file using MakeTorrent 2, and then uploading the torrent file to a website. But I don't know how to announce it.

But more important, I don't know why I cannot seed. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am using burst! I open the torrent file on my local machine where i created the torrent file. I didn't move the files....it'll just say 'Leeching 0%' and it doesn't move. But all the files are there!

SuprNova....I uploaded the torrent. But then it says that I need to announce it somewhere. The link it had didn't work.
