Earlier this year I was able to use BT, and it worked pretty well. Recently people have been using Ares, and it slowed down the lan to a hault. I guess the school went through and blocked off some of the ports to try to discourage the use of Ares, but in the process made it so i can't use BT. I have tried using an http proxy (CCProxy) and it hasn't worked. I have also tried SocksCap, and that also did not work. Is there a way for me to get around this problem?
