Spyware from Kazaa and other programs

I'm having trouble I ran Adaware and when it was done it gave me a whole bunch of programs that I can delete but I don't what ones are spyware. Some of those programs are what my mom uses so what ones should I delete that I got from Kazaa and Morpheus.
