My universty is blocking the use of file sharing programs in that i cannot connect to Kazaa Lite. Is there a way i can get around this?

Not without knowing a lot about how it is being blocked. Even then I doubt it. Some universities arn't blocking Ares, Filetopia or Soulseek.
