Cant Install LimeWire - Any help would be great

LimeWire 3.8.5 does not uninstall, neither does 3.8.6 install, the setup for installing 3.8.6 gets to 100% then it says "LimeWire Error, Internal Error. Data1.cab" i click OK then it says "Rolling Back Action" then it says "Feature Transfer Error, Error 1603 Fatal Error during installation. Consult Windows installer Help (msi.chm) or MSDN for more information"
I've checked the FAQ, and checked the windows installer help, nothing
any help on this would be great!

I recall the standard advice is to install the International version.
