Well, I bought my current computer with a AMD64 3200+ and the 64bit capability doesn't really make a difference and won't do unless more programs start utilising that capability. It a good processor, 32 bit applications still run flawlessly and VERY fast - but you're not gonna see any big advantages for the extra money you spend on a 64bit. If you have a slow processor atm, you may as well stick with the faster 32bits.

and as for buying a new phone...only if your current phone is really shite, otherwise it's a waste of money.

A 3310? You're kidding me, right?!

Erm...I wouldn't buy a 64-bit processor now, personally. As mentioned above, the performance increase isn't really worth the money at the moment, and they will seriously drop in price.

...or you could get a T630, but then this isn't a phones thread.
