Peeps, i have a very weird problem with my new Multimedia Keyboard which works fine except for this strange thing:
I used to use ALT(left)+F4 (coz i am using my left hand)2 close Any opened windows and applications coz it's much faster and convenient now, with my new keyboard, it do not work anymore at all. It's just the Right ALT+F4 that do work only !!! but i am not comfortable with this coz i am using my left hand - Isn't that odd ? coz it's supposed that both the ALT keys are identical in behaviour - anyway i'd like a feedback on how 2 remedy this odd situation thru Windows (e.g. thru a registry hack or something similar)

One more Questions: How can i increase the "Sensitivity" of my keyboard ? i.e. to make my PC respond to my key strokes with the least possible push?

Thank u

Helful Info: I am using Windows 2000 PRO with SP4 Update

Maybe clean the key? Try again?

Is it one of those funny things where the keys do about 90 different things?

you can't adjust the sensitivity of your keyboard, a key is either down or it is not, if every key on a keyboard was a full range analog sensor it would be recockulously expensive as well as use as much USB bandwith as an external drive

your Alt key may be broken. try some other Alt+Combinations...such as...

Alt+F (should bring down the File menu)
Ctrl+Alt+Del (Make sure to use the left Alt key)

if neither of those work, you've got a Faulty Alt. (heh, that rhymes)

peeps, The "ALT" is not faulty at all - coz when i use it alone, it activates a highlight color for the "File" menu
