Upload Problems

I am using version 1.8.9.34, and i do not have the "share preview" box checked, and the limit sharing in hub mode is still checked, but yet i still have files uploaded from me, If anyone has any idea on how i might be able to fix this, I would gladly appreciate it. I dont mean to come off as a complete leecher, I am just very concerned about the problems people have been having with the RIAA. If anyone has any ideas for me I am open to any suggestions.

if you dont want people to download from you, you to shareaza settings then upload and uncheck the share preview files and partial files
do note that if you have it configured to connect to the edonkeynetwork you will still share partial downloads even with that option selected
