Yes I agree and the old style worked fine but if we are gonna use this style from now on there is a few things I would like to see changed. For one thing fixing the bug where the sentences get cut off of course...that is a no brainer.

But I don't like the idea where you can't see all the comments directly...you have to click view thread. I think you should be able to see every single comment and if its in reply to a a thread thats already a part of another thread just ident it a little more. To see what I mean check out the way www.neowin.net does it...something like that. Also maybe it would be nice to have them in order of date by default.

The best for the site would be a set of alternative stylesheets like many other sites offer. You can never please everyone with one look. Offer five, and everyone will be somewhat happy. I love to be able to switch to an alternate stylesheet in Firebird - it's one of those little additions to a web browser that just give it the edge.

one other thing about that comment thing is you cant even see some of the comments the way u need to.

I was going to comment on the testing page, but it was closed. This is horrible. What exactly are we agreeing or disagreeing with? Just go back to the other version of comments... they were easy to read and suited the news.

boards, does for all there forums, in other words, scrap it, and go back to how it was before, what was the huge problem anyway with that lay out? I was not happy at first with the boards upgrade a few months back, but I got used to it, the comment's system is to conversom to get used to, I'm not finding it any easier after seeing it a few times, it's just anoying.

A lot of the bugs have been fixed but I really think by default they should be ordered by date and not by rating. The way it is right now I make a comment and then a few minutes later I respond to my comment or somebody else's and most of the people will see it in reverse order. When its ordered by rating its hard to make sense out of all of the comments.

I guess I just now realized that it would make sense if people responded to a comment in that thread but I still think it should be ordered in chronological order.

Warez p2p banner, painful colors on the news section when you post.. Maybe this is turning into a warez site. all the info points that way.

Now I've had time to get used to it and the posters are working out how to use it, I'd like to say that I love the new system. I can really see the potential of it now.
I just hope it doesn't put off newbies.
