they will work as long as the board has an AGP slot...which it does more than likely.

how well? i don't know. i haven't had any first hand experience with either, however i'm guessing they will work together as well as any other pair.

I have a shuttle SN45G which has an nforce 2 ultra and a radeon 9600 (THE NON PRO AND NON XT VERSION)

Both work perfect. Infact most radeon 9600's have a passive fan now a-days like the following

I've got a 9800 SE AiW in my SN45G (brilliant, by the way). I think next time I'll either get a passively-cooled card or a full-size case so I can fit one of those Zalman passive coolers in. It's in my bedroom and a bit noisy.

I got an ASUS nforce2 board and the AIW Radeon 9600 and it works fine for me in Windows.

However Linux doesnt really like the 9600 for some reason, my old 8500 worked fine.

So if you use windows you are fine
