Why MxMonitor doesn`t work?

I have use WinMx already a while and I thought that MxMonitor would be good. I installed Monitor with these advices http://vladd44.com/mxmoni.htm but it doesn`t work. What can be wrong?

Do you have a yellow lighning bolt thru the Mx moni Icon? If not, click on the icon and select toggle monitoring.
