File Recovery- need help

I need a bit of help here, I formated my slave HD and forgot to backup a certain file.

the format was done as a quick format ( so I think tht means I should be able to recover the file )

just need a program tht can do it, so basicly Im looking for a recovery app

yah, dont use the freeware, it will only recover part of it, or will give the option to recover it if you register it.. So it finds it, then you have to pay money and stuff.
