MP3 Tag Mass Editing

Hey, can you guys recomend a good id3 tag editing software. I have like 3000 mp3s that I need to (re)tag but havent found software that will let me do it easily and fast.

Personally, I use 'CDDB MP3 Tool' which got renamed, but I like the old one. I don't think it's in development anymore, but it's available. Just Google it.

I use MusicMatch. It'll do "Super Tagging" based on the file name or you can do them manually. It's saved me a ton of time.

i use this too. its a nice little unintrusive app. i recently got another tool, k-mp3, that does virtually the same thing, except about a million other things from normalizing to cd burning to playlist creation. i like them both, it just depends on what you plan to do.

I couldn't work K-mp3 or even download CDDB MP3 Tool, so I just use MusicMatch 7.5's (8 is bad, don't get it) super tagging feature, it does everything, gets song name, artist, year,track #, genre, and even the album cover.

I'm sure you can find one at a price thats a steal floating around the net.....IF you catch my drift, lol.

Gah! MusicMatch is like spyware for music! MediaTagger, the easiest version is the earliest, but I recommend v1.2. I think it starts in german, but in one of the menus there are a few flags. Click the UK flag for English.

mp3tag is ok and freeware , I like mediatagger as well but it's a bt buggy on my system. Also use foobar's masstagger, mostly for albums using freedb.
