Newsgroups!

I need help finding free newsgroups. My sbcglobal account offers them but no binaries or any kinda files or mp3. So any that are free that i can connect to would be good =)

As far as newsgroups go, SBC Global sucks. I have access to 36'340 newsgroups. When I helped a friend on SBC Global to use them, his server list only contained a fraction of that. So, what sort of newsgroups are you looking for?

i dont think u will find free binary newsgroups if as u have stated ur isp dont have them u are looking at a monthly fee for access to newsgroups bad luck dewd

just newsgroups to get songs and stuff.. Their use to be binary files a few years ago but i dont see any now on sbcglobal. thought maybe their is a free newsgroup or server i can type in.
