View Full Version : HOW do I find a post (reply) I made???

I made a reply to a post (in one of the forums -- which one??) about Kazaa Lite.
(Essentially complaining that the Clean KMD program doesn't work!)
Now I cannot find where I made the post. I have searched for the post both under my user ID and also under some keywords I thought would appear in it, but can't find it.
I am ABSOLUTELY certain the post was added into the forum, because I left the thread displayed in my browser - but when I refreshed it after several hours, the screen just redisplayed some message about the thread/forum(?) no longer accepting posts
(NO! that doesn't mean my post wasn't accepted .... remember I already checked my post was there. This msg must relate to something that happened in the thread/forum subsequently - though quite what I don't know.)
How do I find my post??

You might have posted in one of those numerous spam threads with the url something like freekazaalite.tk
Since that person was spamming and not stopping the spam threads were deleted and your post along with it.
So i would look in the kazaa lite forum for a different site and try that.

Its possible the thread could have been closed.

Your post was probably deleted. Last night I deleted a whole thread that was basially spam. We had a little problem with that person spamming multiple threads.
To find your other posts just hit the search button in one of your posts.

Unless you changed your user name, then your other post must be deleted by Crazy Horse since you have a postcount of 1.
In future you can switch on e-mail update in your preferences and then you will get e-mails telling you when you have had responses and a link. Or under "User CP"/ "Account Settings" you can see all the threads you have posted in.
Failing that you can search by your own user name instead of keywords.

Closed threads are viewable but deleted threads are gone and I deleted the thread and I think Mojo closed the other one.
RichardXXX - Sorry about your post(s) but you had the unfortuate luck to post in a spam thread. This is not a usual occurance...so...welcome to ZP and keep posting. :angel

Ummmm .... there isn't an "Account Settings" button .....
However, within all the screens under "User CP" I can't see anything which lets me view a list of my posts.
I can see a list of subscribed threads - but that's not the same thing.

If you subscribed to the thread, check here: http://www.zeropaid.com/bbs/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription
Unless your post didn't go through, it was deleted. You've made 2 posts in this thread, and your post count is only 2, do the math.

Front page - It will say "Hello RichardXXX ¦Account Settings¦ Logout"
Press account settings.
Subscribe threads are the ones you have posted in (unless you select subscribe even when you don't post). It should be easy to find posts from there.
I must admit that I like the forums where you can click on a user name and then search for all posts by that user.

Click 'profile' under the person's post.
On the profile screen, press 'search for all posts by this user'.
