hay guys i have a Xvid Movie with Mp3 192kbs Sound and i want to extract a sound clip out off it to mp3 what the easiest way of doing This?

use virtualdub to extract the sound from the movie.
rename this movie.wav file to movie.mp3.
then use an mp3 editor to get the section of audio you want.
i use HeadAC3he (http://mitglied.lycos.de/darkav/) because sometimes the movie will have AC3 sound and i will want to convert it to .mp3 or .wav
