and open registration does? you think the RIAA doesn't have access to hotmail?
anyone could sign up for your forum, and if you infringe copyrights there, sue you
you don't seriously believe a disclaimer will save your ass do you?

well its not my forum man.. im just a moderator! but i have been downloading from it and its brillent! i have all the latest movies, music, games, everything! i just got the new FL Studio 4.5 god damn amazing!
