I found this in the EULA of Kazaa lite,
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6 Payment and fees
6.1 Certain features of the KaZaA Media Desktop may require payment in the future including a prepaid fee ("Prepaid Fee"). The Prepaid Fee, and all taxes and other fees related thereto will be paid by you in advance. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. All fees and charges shall be billed to you, and you shall be solely responsible for their payment. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to the use of the Software through your account. If you do not pay the applicable fees, including Prepaid Fees, within the prescribed period of time your account will be terminated immediately, without limiting KaZaA's right to demand payment of fees and damages at a later time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe in the next version we will have to pay, well I'M NOT PAYING $h|t, they can kiss my harry @$$ before i give them a dime...

BTW, last time i checked, Sharman did not condone copyright infringement, check term# 7 (http://kazaa.com/en/terms.htm#7)

Well you are probably right abby.co I know I'll never payem anything, I say keep usin' em till you loosem, just like napster etc. I thought any newbies might be interested to know what sharman is really doing in case they did'nt already know, and you know that there are a lot of suckers out there that will probably whip out the credit card as soon as they're notified that the service is going into pay to play mode and the rest of us will just use one of the many other free P2P proggies that we have...........heheheheh ;-")

the only reason why i use kazaa is coz of the multi-source, so it\s faster.

But now the guntella network, and now most of the new clients are coming up with multi source, so pretty soon it will be the same.
