I would like you to send the CRIA and puretracks.com a email. make it yourself, or use mine (Just switch the names, and whatever)

"Okay, you want me to download "elephunk" by black eyed peas, and "Life for rent" by dido. well let me tell you something. Go ahead and pass this on to the CRIA, and get them to sue me too!

I DONT WANT ELEPHUNK BY BLACK EYED PEAS, I DONT WANT LIFE FOR RENT BY DIDO!! I WANT DJ TIESTO! I WANT DJ DAWN! YOU DO NOT LISTEN TO ME! I EMAILED BEFORE TO YA! I WANT THOSE, AND SO DO MANY OTHERS!

Well, im gonna put this straight up right now, what ever you guys do not make available on your site, i am gonn share it. DJ Tiesto, im sharing it! DJ Dawn, im sharing it, Slipknot, im sharing it1

Also, i would like you to remove your commercials from the air, because they are totally untruthful. Illegal music sites, why are they illegal? because they allow me to access trance and not britney spears? These "illegal" music services allow me to expand my musical horizons, something your site does not allow me to do! I could not even find DJ Tiesto or Scooter on your site! Your site blows! you only appeal to one taste and thats all! Where is the trance? where is the metal? where is the Indie music?

Ill tell you where it is, its on Kazaa, on Ares, but its not at puretracks.com.

In closing, i will never buy a single track from you, never. Go ahead and try and sue me. Euronative@kazaa.com, go nuts. Im not sharing ANYTHING on your site.

Im out, if you can reply to this, email me at spamfree@hotmail.com

Disgracefully yours
Brett labach (sue away!, ill smash you!)

P.S: DO NOT SEND ME A AUTOMATED REPLY, I AM DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SITE. I WANT TO HEAR FROM A ACUTAL EMPLOYEE. A EMPLOYEE WHO HAS HEARD OF DJ TIESTO AND SCOOTER, AND DJ DAWN (JUST TO MAKE IT HARD FOR YOU)

Im out"

I changed the e-mail, nobody needs to have that. Your name, well that's your call.

one thing i heard that sucks about canada, is the stations have to play a percentage of canadian bands on there, and when music goes on sales, they can only sale it for two weeks or something, that was the case with INSANE CLown possee.. And didnt madonna get banned from one of the provinces or something.

Shawners, I love listening to a wide variety of artists, regardless of their nationality but I am one of those Canadians who totally supports the CRTC policy that requires Canadian Music Stations to play a certain percentage of Canadian artists. This has helped many very talented Canadians to get the exposure they need to find a mass audience both in Canada and the USA . Want some examples, how about these for a start :

Default, Nickleback, Swollen Members, Shania Twain, Celine Dion, Avril Lavigne ,Bryan Adams, Simple Plan , 3 Days Grace, Nelly Furtado ,Treble Charger, Our lLady Peace, Chantel Kreviazuk ,Sarah Mclaughlin ,Tea Party , Tragically Hip etc

Need I say more ?

If your giving Default, Nickleback, Brian Adams and Avril Lavigne as examples of great Canadian Music, You guys can keep your damn music.

However Nelly Furtado is F*cking Hot and I will admit that Tea Party is an Outstanding Band.

I wondered about that.. Living right on the US/Canadian border I get many Canadian stations and am always surprised by who is on them. Very interesting.. I had no idea it was an actual RULE the radio stations had to follow.

So it's kinda like affirmative action, only depending upon an artists country of birth!

I think this encourages less talent; hell, less everything. Perhaps we can add a clause that says "As long as you don't suck really bad".

Yeah -- due to the fact that the Americans are attempting to conscript us to their culture, our government takes steps to preserve our's such as funding for several "Canadian" events/organisations. Along with that, they even produce non profit Canadian shows (CBC, and Galax(y/ie) Music is the Government, don't kid yourself otherwise. BTW -- Salter Street even though they do contracts for the CBC -- isn't, they're Alliance Atlantis (American).)

However -- to make sure they get played, they either own the company, or make laws telling the privates what to do. However -- some good stuff came out of it -- such as: Kids in the Hall, Kenny vs Spenny, Made in Canada ('The Industry' in the US), and several other goodies.

So yeah -- maybe its control -- maybe its preservation of culture -- I like it... people think I'm weird for that o.o
