Grrr, OK, this has been happening for the past month or so and I'm finally starting to get fed-up with it! I'm the only user on this XP machine and yet, I still have to click on my username to log-in, even with Autologon enabled with Tweak UI I still get the welcome screen! It's starting to drive me insane, why can't i automatically log in?!?!?!?!?

CPU, Thank you, but I've already gone through all that, it's as if Windows doesn't save my settings before exiting because no matter how many times I enable autologon it's disabled when the machine boots up.

Control Panel > User acounts

Delete the user "Asp.net"

That should do it. Technicly there are 2 users that can log in, but asp.net is hidden. It comes with the .net download package I think. Its one of the windows updates.

Krell was just asking if your sister has her own acount on your computer. If she uses her own computer then forget about what krell said.

Go to User Profiles. You should see your user name, and Guest. If you dont use any other profile than yours, delete any other profiles (there should only be the asp.net user). Leave guest btw.

No, I wasnt just asking about his damned sisters account on there, I said "HOW many users are set up on this PC?"

You say forget what I said, then pursued the same line of questioning! You got Caffeine Deficit Disorder or what?
