I received my computer back today from the manufacture (I had to send it back due to some errors.)
Well I got windows xp booted up and everything, but my sound, USB, and video controller aren't read when I go into the Device Manager.
I can't hear sound or anything (of course) just beeps on my computer. How do I get a driver to put sound back on my computer? Same with fixing the USB and Video Controller?
When I'm in the Device Manager, these 3 things have Yellow Question Marks next to them.
The computer never came with a disk to install the sound, usb, etc. So when I click update driver, I have no where to search from since I don't have anything :-(
Any ideas on how I can get these 3 things to work and get the question marks away from them in the device manager?
Thanks in advance!!

Another BIG problem I have been getting since they sent the computer back, is I get the "BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH!"
LoL, I don't know if you have heard that term before. But this blue screen just pops up a LOT, and says windows shutdown for something, and then at the end of the blue screen it says it dumped physical memory, and is complete?
Is there a way to fix this? I have been trying to do windows update, but I can't even do that. Most the time the downloads just stop and hang, or they hang during installation, or I get the Blue Screen Of Death durhing installation. This is bugging me!!

why send the cpu back to the manufacturer when the the blue screen of death can be easily cured by a swift reinstall. do you have brand names and model #'s of the stuff on ur cpu not functioning? if so please post here. Once I see it I will proceed trying to help you.

I don't. I just bought the computer from zuke.com the computer isn't even like a brand. It's just a computer.
Kind of get what I mean? Like there's HP, Dell, Compaq, etc. It's not a brand. It's just a computer made by Zuke.com

I just tried installing XP PRO. Like I'm booting from the CD and and just going from there. It got to the "Installing Devices" part. And the blue screen came up and kind of at the bottom an error was usb.sys then with a bunch of numbers after it.
I don't know what it means, but I have troulbes installing Windows on the computer. When I was install XP Home it took 3 times to finally get it on without any errors.

If this is the place you got the pc from, you should have some specs from them to give the crew a hand, as to what the cpu, mother board, and so on are.

now that I have a better idea of what kind of power you have under the hood I would reccomend that you update or initially install the drivers supplied by the makers of the product itself for example a nvidia fx5200 I would go to nvidia online tech support and request a updated working version of the driver that works with whatever OS I am using . I am reasearching a bit more to find you drivers/updates for you're specific problem I will get back and post it here ASAP.
