I'm having a problem finding free software!

Does anyone know if thier is a free link to Kazaa Lite. I had it until my computer crashed and was wiped clean. If Kazaa Lite isn't availabe anymore, maybe someone can tell me another P2P system that works well.

Google has removed the links for Kazaa Lite from its search results, but if you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on read the DMCA complaint (http://www.chillingeffects.org/dmca512/notice.cgi?NoticeID=861) it will list all the sites that host Kazaa Lite

you can also search for it on Kazaa itself too, or other networks that you have on your PC.

lol. nice post Dainbramaged ;). If you mean you are looking for other ways to "purchase" software that isnt free. Then just hop on one of the many p2p networks witch provide many many sources for all kinds of software. Although some recomended k++ I would especially beware of the kind of software is distributed on there mostly not legit releases, like a supposed "fix" for a certain piece of software could be a trojan horse that could infect you're cpu as soon as it's runned. It's too much work to go around all of the fake and messed up material just use a different p2p app.Possibly Emule. (http://www.emule-project.net)

If you are looking for open source "free" software that is actually free Check out Sourceforge (http://www.sourceforge.net)(thousands of projects being currently developed open source of course but always a good place to look if you are in need of some tools.)
