just because you do it all the time doesnt make it any less illegal. filesharing, which im almost positive you were referring to, just makes it very easy to get away with.

Exactly, nothing free is perfect, Web1000 is close, but since being blocked by PeerGuardian, and with the absence of PHP, and MySQL, its not much more than Flash, HTML, and JavaScript. Anyway, the only thing possible is something like Tripod UK, but youll be kicked in about an hour.

Most places restrict what you can share, the best I've seen is through http://www.lycos.co.uk/buildasite/, although now you can't even hotlink files. You get 50 megs, but its a sure bet if you start throwing up mp3s, they're gonna check them to see what they are. Oh, and you get 50 megs.
