they suck so much. i saw them on the mtv movie awards and i puked. hoobastank and incubus are where its at.

And no offense, Hoobastank kinda sucks, there the sterotypical nu-metal band. Nothing really different than thier peers.

Hoobastank is to rock as is o town is to pop.

Stripes are ok but if your not afraid to have your ass blown out you should download all the live TENACIOUS D!!! The D lets people record their live shows and encourages them to share freely! Not many bands would support this!!! So support them!!! My favorite songs of theirs are jusus ranch, butt cheeks and f*uck her gently!!!

I can say that i liked them in the beginning, but then it turned that its just another pop band. I'm tired of Strokes and i'm also tired of White Stripes. And we don't even need to mention Hives, Hoobastank and different boy bands with guitars.

I saw them in a tiny club in London earlier this year and they blew the roof off. Dunno WTF they were doing on the MTV awards crap though.

Exactly, that's what I have been saying. They just want a piece of this nu metal fever that has been hitting teens across the nation. :mellow Incubus is alright though. Wesr, if you don't like garage revival but love nu metal, don't go saying that the Strokes and the White Stripes suck, just because you don't like that kind of music.

Okay, now just how did they all of a sudden become 'pop'? Their music is not pop at all, and by calling them 'just another pop band', you are saying that they are like N'Sync when they are nothing like them.

Both the Strokes and the White Stripes are as pop as Incubus or Hoobastank, in fact, even less. And you can't go saying that bands are boy bands when they are not. Boy bands are MANUFACTURED POP. The Hives are neither manufactured nor pop (I've said this before).

The Strokes, the White Stripes, the Hives, and the Vines have all put out some great music, whether you like it or not, whether you like garage revival or not. Everyone can have their own opinion, but as far as this kind of music goes, these four bands are key. If you like nu metal, you're not going to like these bands, but that's OK. The best nu metal bands btw are Tool, System of a Down, and the Deftones.
