I remember Michael Jackson speaking out against the record industry for suing music lovers and calling the industry racist.

Look what happen to Michael Jackson now. He's in jail.

Do you think the RIAA has something to do with this?

No. The fact that Jackson has been charged with a very serious crime has more to do with it.

i wouldnt doubt the RIAA to plan on talking with kids and parents to file a lawsuit against him.
Seems all to perfect.

I do not believe that the RIAA is involved in this.

I also doubt it. You can't pin everything on the enemy just because it's possible.

Already some of his supporters making accusations of racism and using the same accusations that its just about someone trying to get money that they used during the first time.

I doubt that its some grand conspriacy or plot to get at the money that Micheal Jackson no longer has but the guy has some serious personal problems, has become a joke because of it and far too many people who claim to like the guy all want to make excuses rather than to help him try to act sane.

Hes not in jail now he bonded out within 30 mins after being arrested, he's in Vegas now. Which im already sick of hearing about it and its only been a few days.

well, he's not in jail. he's in vegas, bc he's rich enough to be able to post bail.

it's just some douche who wants money, it's not a punishment by the riaa.

No, the RIAA has nothing to do with MIchael Jackson's personal problems, or the Santa Barbara legal establishment. The circumstantial evidence dodesn't look good, but he's innocent until proven otherwise, and people have come after hims money before.. so who knows?

The reason MJ is in deep doo-doo is because he likes having sex with twelve year old boys. This has nothing to do with the RIAA, and everything to do with the fact that he is a pedophile.Wake up people. It's not that hard to figure out.

If this was the first time allegations of pedophilia had been made against Jackson, it would make sense to look at the allegations from all angles ... even an RIAA vendetta. But, these allegations are a deja vu of previous allegations made.

Fox News has learned that the defense team plans to suggest that the boy's mother, a crack user, had planned on trying to "hit Michael up" for money That may or may not be true. But even if true, it won't explain away the "explicit" love letters Michael wrote to the boy (I assume, on a computer) which were seized in the Neverland raid. The January 9th arraignment will not be pretty.

once again why would the riaa conspire to punish micheal jackson.
nope it was not the riaa alone, it was the mpaa to along with president doe doe, and the cookie monster.

as time past they all conspired to take away all his riches.
i am kidding of course, micheal jackson is actually broke if you have read some of the stories about him.

point is if he did do this, he will be punish.
only time will tell.
hmm
well i dont know about anything accept death and taxes that is a sure thing. whether or not he will even be found guilty is beyond me.

its all about reality and the governement did this to micheal jackson. * i am kidding* but thats my feeble attempt to start a conspiracy.

That's what I thought too...except that no civil suite has been filed, and the DA for wherever said there are no plans to. So that means the family wants a strictly criminal trial...for justice...doesn't look to good. Just what I heard...

No it has to do with he cut off the financian aid he was giving the boys parents and now the boy is accusing MJ of sexually molesting him.

my guess is, the parents are just doing this so he settles out of court. in civil cases, i think there is a max of $5000. in a criminal case though, it's jail, innocence, or settle (pay $$$) out of court till they drop the charges.

As you may know, I run the "RIAA Humor" website, a repository of links to text, graphics, audio and video which in some way "makes fun" at the RIAA:

http://RIAAhumor.bravehost.com

I've just put up something that's much less humorous ... and not about the RIAA, but about Michael Jackson:

Actually, yes I do know a lot. I simply can't believe so many people are defending Michael Jackson. He has for years hung out with almost exclusively pre-teen and early teen boys. He spews some shit about not having a childhood due to his singing career, and what, that makes it alright to share a bed with non-related boys who are just entering puberty? I mean really, do you know any man who is 45 years old and sleeps with twelve and thirteen year old boys on a regular basis? If you did know someone like that, do you really think it would be an acceptable practice? Would you let your son sleep with a 45 year old man because he loves children? I said it before and I stand by it; Michael Jackson likes having sex with young boys; Michael Jackson is a pedophile. Face the facts people. It's not that hard to figure out.

He has not been convicted as such, and untill he is proven guilty in a court of law, he innocent. that is the law. thread closed.
