Digital Update Forums: Will they be back?

Does anybody know, what is going on with the Digital Update filesharing forums? They had a lot of downtime in the last few weeks. The main URL is a 404 now and the mirror doesn't work neither. Any explanations?

(the same with "www", but this doesnt work)
