Which is the latest version to use with NT4?

I've finally downloaded klitekpp242e.exe and when I tried to install it, it tells me that I need NT5 or later. I guess its looking for the w2K OS so I downloaded an earlier version klitekpp210e.exe and I can't seem to get it to work :(

One of the problems encountered is the cd_clint.dll issue. I moved it to the System32 folder with no success so any guidance here would be appreciated :)

I use 2.4.3 Kazaalite. I did a clean install I went into the program files and removed the older version. Then went into files and folders. I then downloaded 2.4.3 The newest version had no problem at all. That's what I did and it worked. I hope it works for u. GOOD LUCK

I can't even get the 2.4.3 installer to load. The first dialogue that comes up says that I need NT5 and I'm running NT4.

then he's probably using xp or 2000, and forgot that there is actually a version of windows called "nt4"... *cough*

i use xp, so i can't help you, sorry :-\

go back, one version at a time, until you find one that works. then you just hafta hope it still connects.

if it doesn't, i suggest finding a different p2p program.

Most programs in gerneral no longer support nt4.0. you're better off finding a new OS and then installing your choosen p2p app. I can't remember when microsoft discontinued windows nt4.0 but I recall just recently that microsoft would no longer run support for windows 98 and 98se. It's time to upgrade that ancient software!

Actually, NT4 is probably more compatable with more Win32 software than WK2003 as I understand it and it sure gets along better with my Linux partition :)

What version of NT4 are you using, most things require at least verison 4, but the latest is SP6a i believe, you might want to see about updating.
