No, the RIAA is American gestapo. But I'm sure the U.K has something like it.
What is it, The Phonographic Institute, or something like that? Malicious Intent would know the correct mane for this. Where are you bud?

In the U.K., it's the B.P.I. (British Phonographic Industry) http://www.bpi.co.uk -- and their website has a link to anti-piracy info and news.
