Are you serious? You should really stop making polls with these laughable "best" contenders (okay, only Detroit Rock City is really funny). I think a poll is really not appropriate for this type of question. Just ask the question and let people answer.
Here is a better idea... take an established list of films that everybody thinks are good (such as these lists I am posting) and ask if you think they are correct, or perhaps which is their favorite off of the list.

How can you miss Scarface? C'mon! Stop making polls about "bests." Not everyone likes the options you give.

i would have to agree with that statement the animation for "good bye blue sky" is some of the most amazing work i have ever seen.
but i would have to say my personal faveriout of all time would have to be
HUMAN TRAFFIC
"the weekend has landed, all that exists now is clubs, drugs, pubs, and parties. ive got 48 hours off from the world, man. I'm gonna blow steam out of my head like a screaming kettle. i'm gonna lose the plot on the dancefloor, the free radicals inside me are freaking man!
tonight i'm jip travolta, i'm peter popper, i'm going to never never land with my chosen family, man. We're going to get more spaced out than neil armstrong ever did.
Anything could happen tonight, you know? this could be the best night of my life! i've got 73 quid in my backburner. I'm going to wax the lot, man.
THE MILKY BARS ARE ON ME! YEAH!"
ok i've seen it maybe one tomany times.

I LOVE the Shawshank Redemption. I have an actual movie poster of it on my wall right now.
But I'd also give a nod to The Godfather and Scarface. And The Princess Bride. And The Thomas Crown Affair! That is a classic.
