"failed" ??

I recently installed the latest version of Kazaa and have completed a few downloads. I just connected and the download progress says "failed" immediately. How do i fix? I have internet security software, could that be the problem?

1- kazaa lite is your friend. kazaa is not.
2-go uninstall kazaa because it's not your friend.
3-install spybot search and destroy. run it. fix the files. (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?lang=en&page=download)
4-go install kazaa lite because it's your friend.
5-try again.

You said you completed some dl's? And this popped up out of the blue w/o you doing anything inbetween?

i get fail on only one occasion.
when i download some (.exe). and its a virus the antivirus doesnt let it finish an it writes failed. usually when downloading a small software or some cheat its a virus. esspecially on kazaa.
